主要负责人刘永坚主任，现任世界手法医学联合会常务副主席、运动创伤专业委员会常务副主任，世界针联腹针传承委员会委员，运动医学组组长，腹针发明人薄智云教授出师弟子，“苏氏中医传统经络疗法” 研发人英籍华人名医苏取前关门弟子；国家“第一届退役运动员体能康复训练培训班”导师，美国国家体能协会注册私人教练【NSCA-CPT】。

学科带头人刘永坚主任，先后师承陈方灿博士（原美国纽约大学博士导师、现任中国著名体能康复专家）；张世明（原四川省骨科医院院长、四川省首届十大名中医、著名中医骨伤科专家、奥运会运动创伤防治专家、全国名老中医学术经验继承指导老师）；韦贵康（国医大师、世界中医骨伤科联合会常务副主席、世界手法医学联合会主席）；薄智云（腹针发明人、腹针疗法创始人、中国著名中医针灸学家、全国名老中医、学术经验继承人指导老师）；苏取前（英籍华人名老中医）。

曾帮助多名足球明星、奥运和世界冠军运动员、影视界艺人及国内外著多各界名人解决顽疾；2004年和2014年创建了东莞清溪扶正堂中医门诊部和东莞南城扶正堂中医门诊部。
